Within 24 hours, Roman came to my house, took excellent notes, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He's humble, down-to-earth, and the kind of person you actually want working in your home. The other bidders told us to go to different places to look at the samples for flooring, countertops, etc. Third, he readily worked with us as we struggled to make some of the decisions. However, the best thing about Dreamworks was that the crew that showed up day one stayed on our our project through completion. Ricardo, Nixon, Francisco, and Liz were complete professionals.
