I spent some time shopping around and C&M came in around average as far as price. I found a stone that I loved!! They offered a deal. Phone etiquette was far below average. Scheduling and respect for customers time was off-the-charts terrible. The buyers contract has some conflicting statements I wanted clarified and was finally taken care of with substantial resistance. It was the closest I came to walking out mid-purchase. Lawyers and legal speak will bite your ass so cover it. I was told to have the kitchen faucet I wanted because it was to be installed AT TIME OF INSTALLATION in the stone for warranty purposes. That was a lie. I probably could have explained this during the installation process BUT I DON'T SPEAK PORTUGUESE. I understand the related plumbing being the consumers responsibility but the faucet installation was supposed to be contingent on warranty. The stone installation has some problems that would be impossible to fix without replacing the entire job. The peninsula is out of square 1/2" in four feet. A folding stainless steel concession shelf is to be installed where the stone exits the kitchen window and replace the old bar shelf - the stone is even with the exterior stucco on one side, the other side extends 1/4" past the wall. Oops. I love the material. The installation and detail for the most part is good. I will live with it and adapt. Believe the Yelp reviews. Shop around. I won't consider Countertops & More ever again.

They had template cutting issues and weeks turned into months before job was complete. They told me that speaking to the owner was impossible. Our installation was a month long, leaving our kitchen in a turmoil for all that time. They didn't even polish and seal the marble once they installed. If you have a problem, you must email a claim with a picture before they will service you. Then you wait a week. Still not right, back to claim form and waiting a week. Not out to please the customer. Countertops-More will never get my business on any future projects.

During the life of this project I've been unable to call scheduling. The phone rings, you get a recorded voice telling you no one is available, and the call disconnects. When you call customer service, you're on hold for several minutes and then you get to leave a message (but no one ever returns the call.) The sales service is great! Especially Franz; I was able to reach scheduling by going through him. I hated putting him in the middle but he always came through. During installation they had to disconnect the plumbing (obviously) but apparently it's not part of the service to reconnect it. I was unaware of this little glitch and Franz scheduled a plumber for the next day to re-connect everything. Unfortunately, during installation the installers did not leave us all the faucet parts and the plumber had to make a surprise trip to Home Depot for parts that should have been left on site. It seemed like one problem after another. I don't know what I would have done without Franz to make things right. So... sales team 5+ stars, phone system and installation, maybe 2 if we stretch it. Make sure to ask for Franz and make sure you have a full and complete understanding of what is and isn't included.

Had to follow-up with phone call and 2 emails and I even stopped on Friday to find the place locked up. Finally got a hold of Tony and was informed that the granite I picked they would not do. The other 2 contractors said they have no issue using the granite. I got the impression they did not want my business or something did not seem right.
