I called on May 10th to find out what the timeline would be to have my mower picked up and he told me four of five more weeks and that he still had 50 or 60 people ahead of me. The person on the phone was rude to me and basically hung up on me when I questioned the situation. It would have been nice to know back in March if it was going to be June before I could get it in to be fixed and or I needed to find someone else to fix my mower so I could have it ready for the season.
