I was searching a long time to find a mid-century styled media console stand that would be big enough for my oversized living room. I found Gerarden Fabrication online and discussed with Codey what I was looking for. Codey provided me a 3D design for my furniture and responded quickly to all my design questions and concerns, and he kept me updated throughout the build process from start to finish. Shipping such a large piece of furniture to Los Angeles was a concern for me, but the delivery was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and the results of how the furniture looks in my space have exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for top-end service and uncompromising quality, Codey and his crew at Gerarden Fabrication and Design are all over it. I recently moved into a beautiful old four-square home, and I needed some shelves and a display case to store my nerdy hobby stuff that would complement my office rather than make it look like a game store. After punting on exorbitantly expensive options from places like Restoration Hardware, I ran across Codey's work on Etsy. After some brief but detailed conversations, we had a plan in order. I have to say, his execution exceeded my wildest imagination. The shelves are perfect for the old-school industrial theme I'm aiming for, and the display case...oh man, that case. It is simply amazing. The lighting is great and highlights the models I have in it admirably, while the shelf spacing is great for easy viewing and manipulating the thing inside. I'm not really a great person to judge furniture quality, but I'm pretty sure these pieces would survive global nuclear war. Like, it'd be cockroaches and my shelves kicking around in the post-apocalypse. They are massively heavy and obviously constructed with a lot of meticulous attention to detail and an eye toward lasting quality. They might even hold up to my toddler. I've included some pictures to give an idea what the finished products look like, but my kindergarten photography skills don't do the pieces justice. They're exactly what I had hoped for, and I plan to commission some more pieces in the not-so-distant future. From start to finish, working with Gerarden Fabrication and Design has been an enjoyable experience.
