Without going into too much detail, our septic backed up into our house. I believe Joie was our plumber (his dad owns the company) and was actually very pleasant and helpful. He was very transparent and sat down at the end to explain what he did and what was being charged AND it was actually cheaper than we were quoted and he tried to keep costs down by using the minimum amount of tools/least invasive procedure to get the job done. Chris & crew were able to come to my house just a few days after my call to assess my backed up and deteriorating sewer line. They were the one of the cheapest estimates & presented the most efficient solutions that we came across during our search. Chris and the team were very professional.
