These guys are honest. Our furnace did not work. We would have believed and paid for whatever the guy told us. Instead, he said he might have bumped and disconnected a hose when he did the annual maintenance. Reconnected the hose and apologized profusely. No charge for the service call. read more

Be careful here. I'm a senior retired. I bought a furnace 2 years ago from Ace heating and air, because of the poor service, I've had a tech here 3 times to fix issues with this furnace. Now it's quit working again yesterday 11/19/2020 . I called them and was told it would be December 22 before a tech could come over. Folks, I don't know about you but no heat for over a month in Montana in the winter. Things don't add up, this company is crap. The receptionist was trying to tell me it was me that caused the furnace to quit working sounded indifferent rude. read more

I recently had Ace install 3 heat pumps in our farmhouse. They were reasonably priced and very easy to work with. They arrived for work on time, which is a huge plus! They are also extremely polite and helpful. Cleaned up after themselves too! Still waiting on one more part of the job to be completed, but I don't expect any issues at all.
