On June 10, 2025, I picked them up and found they were all damaged. Z Zegna Jacket: Returned with two holes, one in the wool knit and one on the shoulder. Loulou Studio Coat: Returned with widespread discoloration across the fabric. Faux Fur Jacket: Returned with the fur severely matted and coarse. The items were in good condition when dropped off. The owner denied responsibility for the damage. I sent a formal demand letter via USPS Certified Mail on Jun 20, 2025, requesting a refund and compensation for the documented value of the destroyed items. The business received the letter on Jun 24, 2025, but did not respond by the 15-business-day deadline. Due to the damage to my property and the business's refusal to resolve the matter, I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Michigan Attorney General's Office. I would advise other customers to be cautious when entrusting valuable items to this establishment.

A BANKRUPTCY LAWYER who makes money off the backs of people who are in financial distress. If I had to do it all over again, I would've done more research & filled the paperwork myself. I wanted to make sure he was available to photograph our wedding day as I had ensured in my head years prior. Thankfully, we picked a date that worked for all and hired him on the spot. When it came time for shooting, Wilson observed our personalities and made sure that that was evident in our photos. We had an engagement session that truly spoke to the nature of our relationship. Being quite sentimental, this meant a lot to me and my hubby. From the location to the poses, he directed us to look our best. When it came time to choose pictures for our album, he edited our photos to look as if you were standing with us in the park and city. They didn't look overdone or unnatural, which was also important to me. I hate seeing pictures that look as if they have been Photoshopped to the point that you're unrecognizable. Whatever I wanted done, I got his signature "you got it," which he always delivered as promised. On our wedding day, Wilson arrived on time, prepared, and professional, with all of his gear and a great attitude. He made me feel confident in my nervous moments, proud in my shy moments, and free to be myself as the blushing, happy bride. I never worried that he would miss a shot....and he didn't. Every detail was captured, every sincere moment, candids, you name it. When I got my wedding photos back, I cried. I re-live that beautiful day every time I see them. I am grateful and thankful for my job back in 2004 and for him taking away any unneeded stress on the day of our wedding. This review could be about Kevin Hart and Associates poor communication skills,…read moreor inability to update punch lists, or poor time management skills and the excessive length of time to design, or lack of respect for clients...but we will focus on Kevin Hart and Associates refusal to take responsibility and for over charging for services. We obtained 2 estimates to build his design. Each estimate was approximately 40% over budget. Kevin Hart and Associates failed to design a home that aligned with the established budget. Although Kevin Hart and Associates blamed the global pandemic, it that had little to do with his failure to meet budget constraints. The failure to meet budget constraints was the design. For redesigning the house, Kevin Hart and Associates was going to charge an additional hourly rate for correcting his design errors. In other words, he was going to charge us twice for a home design. Furthermore, when our new architect contacted to city, it was discovered that the home the Kevin Hart and Associates designed did not meet building codes and could not be built without variances (we specifically requested no variances). Therefore, there was the potential to charge us 3 times for his errors. We asked Kevin Hart and Associates for a refund as he was unable to meet guidelines and expectation, our request was denied.

A city like Ferndale would be PERFECT for a bubble tea establishment but nobody is doing it. Which gave us the idea, if any great location opens up, we need to start a Bubble Tea shop. Fast forward 3 years when we got word that a Radio Shack was moving it's location a mile down the road, this Radio Shack being located on the corner of 9 mile and Woodward. We jumped at the chance and with the collaboration of friends and family, we were able to lease the location. Which then came to the building plans. Given that we were putting all of our eggs in this basket, I wanted to make sure that had got the best architecture firm that we could get. We met with atleast 6 companies until we met the team at Design Team +. First and foremost, this group is unlike any other team I have ever seen mainly because... they have tons of fun. I walked into the office and I see a home-made beer dispensing vending machine, popcorn microwaving and awesome decorations mixed with music and laughter. It's like, what party did I just walk in to? That being said, although they are playful, it does not impede on their quality of work. They work hard and play hard ~ just like we do! We came into the office, went over the project, got a very competitive quote and couldn't wait to see what they came up with. Within a few weeks they gave us plans that knocked our socks off... I mean it was incredible. The dream was starting to come together and they proved themselves 10 times over. So now here we are a few months later, under construction for the most part and waiting on the glacial pace of getting government approval. We don't know how this is going to pan out, but we are hoping for the best. Many of our worries were extinguished by Design Team Plus, as they are well connected and always pointed me in the right direction. We worked with Harold Remlinger, the principle architect who happens to teach at my wife's alma matter, Lawrence Tech, and Shari, the interior designer who was also a lecturer in the same school. Both of them are elites of the industry and are responsive and great to work with. If you are looking for a fun team that not only will give you a great price but also top-notch service, then you need to come to Design Team +, in my opinion are hands down the best architectural team in Birmingham anywhere in Oakland County for that matter. Also, she gladly offered to push through orders on items that I hadn't worked with her on, with other furniture retailers so that I could benefit from her pricing. Plus it had great reviews, so I decided to try it out. What I like about it is that they were friendly and all the guards are professional.
