Asked for a quote, Ozzie responded extremely quickly with a fair price. I was surprised how fast the fence was placed (2 days for about a half acre aluminum fence) after the materials were delivered. I mean, my wife and I planned for about 1 week for the size of the fence. Really good work too. He made sure that it appears level; looking around at other peoples' fences, you might notice that they are going up and down... Not sure how to describe it exactly but when the wife and I were driving around and seeing other fences in the neighborhood, we realized there is probably more than just shoving the posts in... Our fence appears very straight. Ozzie comes over and brings essentially a catalogue of stuff that you can choose from, including the knobs for the fence, size of fence (4',5',6'), the width between the fences, etc. He also helped us find who to contact for our fence permit and was willing to pick it up for us. Awesome service. Awesome fence. Very fair. Would build another fence through him if I need it and would strongly recommend him. There is another review here that gave only 1 star.... It doesn't even make sense (the review was that an estimate for wrought iron was given...it isn't even one of the materials that could be used.... And when ozzie gave the estimate, it is explicitly written on the sheet what material is used, how much is likely needed for creation of the fence, etc.) Anyways, I have never had to build a fence before and actually didn't know what to ask even. I went to I think the American Fence Association or some such website where there were 20-30 things that are red flags for a poor fence builder... Like I remember a builder asking for more than 50% up front was one of the things that was a red flag. Ozzie had none of them. Anyways.
