They started work as soon as they could to remove over 9,000 pounds of stuff from our basement and start the first floor. An hour after the last firefighter left our house and our insurance company was called, a representative from Cityline reached out to set up an appointment to begin our restoration. The response was fast and amazing. That evening equipment began to arrive. The following morning an entire work crew arrived and began the clean-up. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves.
