Our first night in the area and unsure where to eat, I pulled out my Yelp app and started doing…read moresome research. The first few places seemed to be closed (it was a Sunday night) but eventually I found The Farm which sounded solid and looked cute in the pictures. We grabbed an uber with our friends who dropped us "as close as he could get" and we found our way using Google Maps down the pedestrian only areas of town. This was maybe 7:30pm for dinner, which in Spanish time is not the time for dinner, so we had the place to ourselves for an hour or so. We did dine outside on the upper level patio, which was extra charming, and not at all an issue as blankets were provided and there was also a standing heater. My husband, the self-proclaimed biggest fan of Iberico anything, got straight into ordering and I think had at least 4 plates of jamon sent to the table before we cut him off. We finally convinced him to do the Farmer's Tapas plate to add some cheese into our lives. The kitchen also sent out out some absolutely delicious olives and hummus as a snack. Our server "Stefan" (I totally made up that name for him btw because he was Swedish lol) was absolutely amazing. We loved interacting with him, getting his wine recommendations (they were fabulous) and really could have spent a much longer time here just because of him. He's awesome! The one drawback (for some) might be the menu here, which is slightly limited, but I had faith that this meant the kitchen had perfected these dishes, and I was right. After all the light bites to start I was pretty full and opted for the Beet Carpaccio as a main, which was just the right size and light enough for me to steal a few bites of other's food. The Ox Tail in Blueberry Sauce was delightful as was the Paella. Seriously cute place in the area which shouldn't be overlooked.

This place is awesome! We love it and will be back! Delicious and love the vibes. Get the cucumber…read morehouse drink and the salmon!

I walked one kilometer to eat here because, first, parking was impossible to find near my hotel and…read moredid not want to give up my space, and, second, the menu and photos made it appear that the food was nearly authentic Mexican. The server spoke a little English, so I ordered a small pitcher of margarita, a half-order of nachos (€4.75) , and the Tacos Tijuana (€11.00). The margarita was too sweet and had little alcohol. Meh! The server told me that I could not order just chips and salsa and I thought he said that I could order a 'half' order of nachos, but when the nachos arrived, it was a full order (€9.50), obviously a miscommunication, so I let it slide. The chili was not bad and it came with a small cup of guacamole and cheese sauce, but the chips were not house-made as appearing in the photos I saw, they were Tostitos. Had I known, I would not have bothered. Meh #2! The tacos arrived looking pretty good, four corn tortillas with a decent portion of carne asada and a liquified guacamole with small cups of green salsa and pico de gallo. They were pretty tasty, but four small tacos for €11.00 was not exactly a TravelValue. Overall, the food was decent, not great, and the service good, so I will go easy on them even though I was told the chef was from Tijuana. Meh...be I should not have walked so far for what I got.
