This was one of the most memorable meals we had in Sevilla. I recommend making a reservation,…read morethough it may be possible to find a table by walking in. The layout can be a bit confusing, as the restaurant seems to have three dining rooms with separate entrances but only one kitchen. Where we sat was charming, with stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. We started with the foie appetizer, which was a delightful surprise for my palate. It was a unique combination of foie, cream cheese, and what I believe was pear. It was unusual, but I ended up really enjoying it. The zucchini noodles with pesto and burrata were also very enjoyable. However, the star of our dinner was the 40 day dry aged ribeye, cooked perfectly medium-rare, tender, and absolutely delicious. If we had discovered it sooner, I would have happily eaten here a second time.

The star was obviously the 100-day aged steak. It was done to perfection. Absolutely delicious with a little bit of funk. And my grandpa was a cattle rancher so I've had quite a bit of steak in my life. 9.5/10 The pumpkin dish was also exceptional. 9/10 The risotto was the perfect compliment. Wow. Great texture and flavor. 9/10 The croquettes were good, I didn't like the mayo on top. 8/10 The dessert that was essentially a bread pudding was absolutely delicious.i barely tried the orange dessert but it tasted like a Pillsbury orange cinnamon roll. Dessert and service were 10/10

This department store reminds me of Macy's(in NY, NOT Chicago) or even the former Marshall Field's…read more(it's a Chicago thing), with the wide variety of vendors of makeup, electronics, clothing, even a grocery store! A wine bar was present as well, but we opted for food. Regrettably, I did not take any clothes pictures, but rather pics of food in the restaurant upstairs. I prefer a food court when shopping, and maybe they did have one, but I think that would be too 'mal gusto' for a place like this. If I am incorrect please let me know. The cafe was quaint with decent service (I did get soup with no spoon though) and the food was good. After eating (we had climbed a church tower 2 hours ago!) we browsed the clothing selection and we found many familiar designers and others exclusive to Europe. The prices were elevated of course, but also some bargains, or items I considered to be 'investments', things I would wear for years. I got a really cool corduroy shirt and sweater. The sales people were polite and attentive at times, when we tried on clothes. They were ok to speak English since my Spanish is muy mal! My party bought a smart watch from one of the salespeople. Our Gate 1 tour guide told us we could get a 10% discount, and tax refunds as a result of being non-European residents. A passport number is needed to verify, but a picture of the passport will suffice. There is a really cool and comfortable waiting area (like a lounge, with sofas) where one can get a number, select a service, and see a representative to apply for a refund. You don't get it there, you get it at the airport. The stores are all over Spain. We went to one in Madrid as well. I'll send that review later.
