He could have easily taken my money and gotten me in sooner, but instead he advised me to wait about a month before applying the ceramic coating so it would bond better and last longer. Then, when heavy rain was in the forecast, he recommended waiting until we had a clear stretch of weather so the rain wouldn't affect the fresh coating. Most detailers would have just taken the car at the first available opening -- Robert clearly puts quality ahead of his convenience and profit. As for the results, the job is perfect. Today I thought I'd give the car wash one last try because I wanted to get the wax treatment. I also like to support local businesses. I was the third car in the vacuum line, first car in the row. The guy said it would take 30 minutes. After paying for the car wash I went for a walk and came back about 25 minutes later. The car was parked in the same spot. I asked the guy if there was a problem and he said he is getting to it now. I got a full refund and departed. BTW, they did not even apologize. For me the sun has set doing any business with this car wash.

He and a younger fellow worked for 4 1/2 hours then to polish and wax using a product recommended to me by other similar trailers. It certainly looks better now. My only complaint would be a little more attention to detail in areas that didn't need polishing (general cleaning, window edges, etc. ) Cost: $250.

Bugs backed on threw 115 degree weather, mud, sand dust, so we gave epic shine detailing a call. Reasonable rates even gave a discount for being military, and now that dirty ugly creature is beautiful. With a shine that is so deep looks like you can reach into it at least up to your elbow. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for auto detailing. That looks great!
