Truecare stole $150. After multiple verifications from their staff that my money would be refunded to my card. A process that came to fruition after 2 months of me bringing up this debt and them telling me I'd proactively receive a refund. They also were huge fans of filling my prescriptions with offbrand medication and then having no answers when I brought up these offbrand medications they were having me purchase. This is also technically my second review about this issue since the first one has been removed. A review that one of their pharmacists had the audacity to respond to by only shirking responsibility and not actually answering or justifying any of their actions. Don't go to this location unless you like having lies thrown at you instead of honest answers about real issues. read more

Hello True Care! I would like to say thank you for kindness and understanding your name truly stands up to it's title. I have unfortunately incurred a horrible injury and I use to procure my medication from our local Walmart but have been experiencing odd interactions with the Pharmacist "Quentin" and this is not the first time as my Wife has had spinal surgery recently and we both experienced what I equate to as opioid shaming and have been written the riot Act and hit with 21 questions . My Wife and I are far from drug users of any kind as we hold strong Christians values and are productive members of society. The straw that broke the camel's back was when the Walmart Pharmacist "Quentin" took it upon him self to reject my lawful prescription due to my Doctors recommended dosage. Now I'm not sure when or why Pharmacist now know better than my physician but it absolutely out of bounds and uncalled for. True Care will be receiving all of my families pharmaceutical needs business from now on. Thanks True Care keep up the good work!!! read more

They have no knowledge of laws concerning medicine. They broke several rules with my scripts & attempted to blame my Dr, who had to get involved. I'll never go back, and will strongly discourage others not to give them their business. read more

We are a locally-owned and operated pharmacy located in El Dorado, Kansas. As the oldest and only home-owned pharmacy here, we take great pride in our work, our accuracy and our emphasis on excellent customer service. El Dorado TrueCare Pharmacists are Michael Bellesine, owner, Jake Milbradt, Jennifer Clausing, Dan Davis, and Ashley Shogren. Together, they have over fifty years of combined experience.

History

Established in 1970.

After graduating from the University of Kansas in 1978, Mike knew he was destined to own his own pharmacy. However, he first began practicing in the chain environment in order to both gain experience and to discover the manner in which chain pharmacies operate. Although he started off as a staff pharmacist, Mike ascended the ranks rapidly, first being promoted to pharmacist-in-charge and then eventually to store manager within a time period of only 2-1/2 years. By 1982, Mike was ready to purchase his own pharmacy. "I knew I wanted to live in South Central Kansas, and there were actually several pharmacies for sale in the region," Mike recalls. "Although I obviously wanted to find the best available pharmacy, the town in which it was situated was just as important to me. After all, this is where I'd raise my family." Meet the Business Owner: Mike Bellesine B.

Michael grew up on the family farm outside of the small town of Anthony, KS, where a considerable work ethic was instilled in him early on. "At the age of 9, my grandfather had me working out in the fields," he explains. "By the time I was 13, I was raising my own herd of cattle." Mike, as he prefers to be called, has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. At age 16, he started his first business distributing fertilizer to feed stores and community gardens. Mike still has several ties to Anthony, such as co-owning Central Electrical Polishing, a manufacturing company located in the town, along with his father and brother.
