The biggest difference is the smaller chain uses the freshest ingredients. That really shows in their Mexican street tacos. I took the 3 taco special with one each of pork, chicken and steak. They excellent with fresh veggies, cilantro, queso, and well seasoned meats. I was surprised to get taco truck quality from a fast food place. Tater tots seemed an odd side with tacos but they were crisp, slightly salty, and plentiful. Like Napoleon Dynamite, I stashed some for later snacking.
