It is not my favorite drink but I loved the 'escanciado' or the art of pouring the cider in the glass from an elevated position. Tierra Astur is a blend of store with lots of gastronomy products (perfect for gifts and excellent packaging), a restaurant to eat a LOT (better share those huge dishes) and a bar where to have a drink standing still whole the waiters pass croquetas and tortilla de patatas at no cost.
