I haven't visited the business but I will like to rate them on their marketing and nice gesture!! Recently went to Dutch brothers where they dropped off flowers on Valentine's Day to give out to customers. Not only is this sweet for those who don't have a valentine but their marketing is amazing!!!!! This was a nice gesture and a good way to promote their business. Greg was extremely helpful in guiding me to just the right arrangement for my friend's special birthday. Her favorite flower is not a winter flower, so he offered alternative choices, but thoughtfully and unexpectedly picked out a vase that had her favorite flower on it! He texted me a video (not a pic!) to show me the entire arrangement prior to delivery to ensure it was what I wanted, and texted me after delivery as well.
