Oh my God where do I even start??? This is the best smoothie & açaí bowl I have ever had! I wake up CRAVING the açaí bowl and every time I start my day by getting el juice bar it's going to be a great day. Not only is it savory and delicious, but it gives me energy and wakes me up so I feel ready to start my day on a good foot! I usually get the "El Chocolate" açaí bowl or the "La Fresa" smoothie. As soon as you take a spoonful of the bowl or a sip of the smoothies you can immediately taste the freshness of the fruit it's my favorite thing about them. The freshness. Also that it's dairy free because i am lactose intolerant but you still get the sweetness with the honey! I love this juice bar so much I look forward to weekends so I can stop by and get my favorite snack! Very filling too! I decided to get the Coco Loco which had coconut milk, mango, pineapple, flaxseed oil, agave, + protein. It was very delicious. My father-in-law got the La Fresa and my mother-in-law got the El Chocolate. They loved theirs as well. You can taste all the fresh fruit and it doesn't taste gritty at all like some of the other smoothies you usually get. I had the amazing opportunity to try this food truck Because my apartment complex had their business their m for the evening. I had the opportunity to try their tropical açai bowl and my boyfriend have the strawberry banana smoothie. We had had a big lunch earlier so we weren't starving. But this was the perfect dessert. YUP both were both amazing and fulfilling The fruit was fresh and there's not one thing I would complain about and lord knows i Live for acai bowls. The customer service was amazing and they kept us updated with when our items would be out. I was so excited to find out my complex was offering bowls via this food truck in front of our leasing office and they did not disappoint! The bowl was the perfect consistency for the açaí and the fruit toppings were nice and soft (not too ripe). Also, the workers operating the food truck were super nice and updated me frequently since my order took a little longer than expected (only to make sure the bowl was the right consistency).
