Excellent service, very clean place, and the food is both delicious and unique. Hermosillo has some of the best food *in the world*, and great options for mariscos, but Cayomango's menu is different than all others. Today I had the Tostada Wonton and it's a very original take on a seafood tostada. It was so good I ordered a second one. The tuna was fresh, the wonton tostada exactly the thickness you'd want, and the portions perfectly appropriate. It's a tad one the expensive side, but that doesn't take away from the rating in this case, as it's still worth every cent.

There are only a few places that stand out after living south of the border for the past 3 years. One of them was in the state of Sonora, but it was not Holy Cow.
