Hermosillo has some of the best food *in the world*, and great options for mariscos, but Cayomango's menu is different than all others. Today I had the Tostada Wonton and it's a very original take on a seafood tostada. It was so good I ordered a second one. The tuna was fresh, the wonton tostada exactly the thickness you'd want, and the portions perfectly appropriate. It's a tad one the expensive side, but that doesn't take away from the rating in this case, as it's still worth every cent.

The environment was loud with it being crowded and there was about a half hour to 45 minute wait to get seated but the food was delicious and worth the wait.
