The potato was cooked almost perfectly to my specifications. Overall the meal was very good and I enjoyed the experience. Some added bonuses- they had some great salad dressings and the pina colada is wonderful. Apparently the drink is a specialty of Trace. Also we added some of the white garlic salad dressing onto the potato and it was indeed the bee's knees.

When we went again in August he was once again an amazing chef and entertainer. He learned the kids names and help them to interact in the cooking. He was friendly and funny and kind.
