We wandered to a bar and tried their egg whites with crab meat - their version of a deviled egg. They had a delicate flavor as can be expected. Now, the flan was extraordinary - smooth and creamy served with whipped cream. Perfection! I've tried many flans from various travels and this one ticked all the boxes! The octopus was excellent (perfect temperature, charred and tender). The grilled oyster mushroom is a must.
