There were a few tables open, so we were seated immediately. There was complimentary water already on the table and menus came through not too long after. I took my time going through the menu since I knew we were gonna be here awhile. Hubbers immediately went for a margarita. I was fine with my bottled water and figured I'd order more later if needed. Hubbers put in an order of fries with a side of melted cheese and bacon to start. Then he went for rib eye tacos. I've been eating mostly Mexican food for the last week so I kinda wanted to change it up and get a whole different kind of eats, so I put in an order of the mushroom burger. I specifically asked for no cheese. Server confirmed. I repeated it just to make sure (you know... language barrier and all) and our server confirmed both times. FRIES WITH SIDES OF MELTED CHEESE AND CRISPY BACON: Crispy on the outside, cooked well on the inside. Seasoning was great. Mix the cheese and bacon equals delicious bites! TACOS DE RIBEYE: Hubbers was very happy with this, and that's all I'm going to say about it. (I didn't try it, so I can't really judge it, but his empty plates speaks volumes.) HAMBURGUESA DEL CHEF: Comes with a side of fries and half a strawberry (I'm guessing as a palate cleanser.) First thing I did is to make sure there was no cheese on it. I took the top off and there it was: cheese. Hubbers suggested not to eat it and send it back because he knew how specific I was about not wanting it. I would have done exactly that, but our server was nowhere to be found. I told him they used Swiss cheese, so I don't mind it so much. Generously sized, I cut it in half as I was unsure if I could finish it. I was totally impressed at how it was cooked: a perfect medium-medium rare. Seasoning was also perfect. The bacon added flavor and asparagus added texture. They were generous with the amount of mushrooms. All these extras inadvertently overpowered the taste of cheese that I almost forgot about it. If it weren't for that gaffe, it would have been PERFECT. CAMARONES CON TOCINO: We went back and forth on this one. I ended up saying NO, but Hubbers got way too curious. Plus we needed to have something to snack on while the game was still going. Truth be told, I wasn't happy with it. I felt it was cooked in too high of temperature, that it was rushed. Some parts of the bacon were burnt on the outside, yet other parts were undercooked. The same goes for the shrimp so it had a weird aroma. And the rice? Not sure what kind of seasoning they used or maybe it's the rice itself, but it tasted and smelled spoiled. Welp. At least we're curious no more. FOOD: 4. Because 3 out of 4 isn't bad. SERVICE: 2.5. It was a bit of a challenge locating our server when we needed her. We can always wait for so long. She also kept forgetting my order of water. VALUE: 3. PARKING: N/A. Located inside Guadalajara airport. OVERALL: 3.25. A crowd formed outside not to dine in, but to see what's going on with the game. But that's not to say they're lacking customers. Most of their tables were occupied by the time we left. Not too bad for a first run. That burger was close to perfection and would recommend it to anyone, cheese or not. The service, however, needs a little work. Here's hoping they look into improving that.

Served with a pile of little corn tortillas, 4 different salsas ( all tasty) chopped onion, chopped cilantro, chopped tomatoes, limes, a plate of sliced cucumbers, it's truly enough food for 2 people. I ordered the Disc Jockey which consisted of bistec, bacon, mushrooms and cheese, served with all the accoutrements I mentioned earlier. It's enough for 2 people but I ate the whole damn thing myself. Literally could not stop eating it. Every morsel was delicious! Highly recommend.
