You can see the little puestito outside where they're making the tacos. They sell two things: tacos dorados (hard) de barbacoa and tacos blandos (soft) de barbacoa. That's it! Stick to the dorados. Make sure you get a large horchata to help with the salsa as it's gonna make you sweat! Ask for grilled onions and jalapeños on the side. I ended up ordering 2 more asadas with cheese because it was so good. They have some delicious salsa at the table as well as pico de gallo and of course lime. On the same plate we had chicharrones en salsa, a breakfast staple in this city. To balance the heavier dishes we had a Jugo Verde drink made from fresh pineapple and parsley. The staff were so friendly, we felt at home with the kind approach and nice ambiance. The decor is traditional and tasteful, we had such a fun experience.
