It is most certainly not a fine dining experience, not everything will taste great (unless, like I, you spent the entire day hiking) but everything (including wine and mistela!) is homemade and as close as you will get to the traditional food of La Gomera's mountain villages. Rustic down to the constantly ringing old bell telephone, yet firmly on the map of every tourist guidebook. Special. Oh, and at 10€ for the menu plus a little for drinks, do try out if you are in the area.

She handed us some chairs and told us it's ok to open a beer! My husband and I did exactly that.....had a beer and waited things out. Much thanks again to the lady :)
