They also had not saved seating directly behind the immediate family for other close family members (this is done out of respect for the family) even though this is normal professional courteous procedure. And there was not enough parking in their lot making it difficult for people who had to park out on the street (during rain) especially for those who were elderly and/or disabled. Gim made my family feel comfortable with this portion of the process while respecting our grief, providing the needed details, ranging from transport to paperwork. Personally, I felt like I could not have made a better choice. Mortuary services are very much à la carte, and core cremation starts their services at $995.
