We had breakfast. The food was ok, given the variety of options available in the town. Unfortunately Bernal wakes up after 10am and it was one of the few places to have breakfast.
The problem was the customer service. The owner, a Tigresa wannabe, was rude to the customers and waiters. Micromanaging everything and promising new customers a table in a few minutes. She was promising our table. Then she ordered check to be brought to us, and asked the waiter to wait in front of me until I pay, while I was still finishing my coffee. Rude, rude, rude. My wife was so upset and offended by the owners behavior that she started crying. The table in front of us was the same story.
Worst thing is that she kept on promising all the new customers a table in a few minutes so people pilled up in front of the restaurant. Even for micromanaging you have to have skills. read more
