Yes, I mentioned that the ingredients were fresh, but everything was prepped to perfection. I highly recommend this tiny clam called Coquinas (12 euros). Simmered in buttery sauce with parsley, these tiny clam lookalike coquinas tasted marvelous. We also had fried fresh white anchovy (Boquerones), which tasted crazy good. It was lightly fried, and the texture was almost fluffy soft. And for only 5 euros, how could I ever find faults with this wonderful dish?!?! We ordered 5 tapas and 3 glasses of wine, and the total bill came down to 42.50 euros. I LOVE SPAIN. The owner seems to love Hollywood movies, as the restaurant was decorated with pictures of famous Hollywood actors, actresses and movies.
