Finally as a parting observation. At least two different ketchups on the tables: Del Monte & some generic or food service brand like White House (couldnot read the label). Other add-on sauces? One bottle at the cash register of PF Chang's pepper sauce...and one bottle of chipotle hot sauce with a green label. The contents were so dark I couldn't tell what it was.
