They tell md the tacos al pastor are particularly good and I'm happy with the generous nopal and the mushroom tacos and quesadillas. There's a large variety of salsas in all stages of picante. My husband likes the one in the molcajete the best. I like the variety, otherwise vegetable tacos can get boring. The seasonal fruit aguas are tasty and there's an unsweetened option.
The servers are super nice. They always remember us and actually remember that I don't like cilantro and onions, but that my husband does. The ambiance is casual. I didn't take away a star, but the children begging can be a problem. One girl snuck up behind me and purposely coughed all over my food. I packed my tacos for her, but told her to ask politely if she's hungry (she looks very well fed and groomed). We stopped going for a while after that encounter, but we like the tacos. She seems to avoid us now.
