It was our last few hours in Sitges before Jamie W and I stepped on a plane at Barcelona-El Prat Airport for our flight home. We had enough time to go out for breakfast, so based on the positive Google reviews, I had made a reservation sight unseen the day before. Finding their website, I emailed the owner in English, and he confirmed almost immediately. It was only five minutes away.
The inviting terrace is the main feature, though we sat inside since it was a bit chilly. Straight away, Jamie ordered the 3,8£ Cafe Latte Grande, while I had the more modest 2,5€ Cafe Con Leche (Photo 10). They matched up with our internal thermostats nicely. We then double downed with glasses of freshly squeezed Orange Juice - a 6€ Large for Jamie and a 4€ Small for me.
Since our plumbing was clearing out with both hot and cold libations, we were ready to gorge. Jamie went for the fluffy 8,5€ Scrambled Eggs and Iberian Ham on Multigrain Toast (Photo 9). I ambitiously ordered the 15€ Eggs Benedict with Iberian Ham and Extra Bacon. Ladled with a creamy hollandaise, it rested on soak-worthy English muffins (Photo 8). Just what we wanted for our last Sitges meal.
