The fact that these are not all 5 star reviews are crazy to me. I had my wedding almost four years ago during COVID time right after the vaccinations were available and this place is the BEST most beautiful accommodating place I absolutely love the Owner she was on top of it they tell you everything in great detail in your contract and during the walk through not sure how anyone would be confused by anything. Just had the most beautiful wedding at this place. At first I was kind of skeptical because of the (old) negative reviews but I'm glad I chose this venue. Not only is it beautiful but offers extended hours. All the newer venues in town want music off by 10:30 and everyone out by 11! Diane was an absolute pleasure & was always willing to work with us. She was always available to provide any resources or help as I opted to plan & coordinate all on my own. The whole wedding went off without a hitch. Not one single issue. We booked this hall for our wedding because it's a beautiful hall. Prior to the event everything seemed to go smooth with the staff from the hall. It wasn't until the end of the event that I experienced why everyone had told me to be careful with this place regarding them trying to tack on fees and charges towards my deposit that would make no sense. When I first did the walk-thru of the hall the day before our event I asked several questions as to what would cause any fees/charges against my deposit and they made it seem as if only if something was broken would they charge me anything. After doing the walk-thru after the event was over they had a long list of things that I was going to potentially be charged for including: - Scuffs on the wall (they rubbed off with your hand- no damage to the paint) - Stains on the table linen (of course there's going to be stains from the food & drinks. They never mentioned they would charge for this). Are you kidding me!!! - Everyone was out of the hall within 1 hour after the event ended as indicated in the contract, but we went to their office because I was questioning some of the items on their list of things they were going to charge for which took us 13 minutes to discuss. They ended up charging us for the 13 minutes ($5 per minute) that we spent in their office asking questions and 1 extra hour of security ($100) because of the 13 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous that we were charged for asking questions!!! This place operates in the most non-customer oriented fashion. They could care less of what the right thing to do is or not. I had heard several bad experiences about this hall from multiple people, yet I decided to give them a try and they sure lived up to their reputation of creating a bad experience. They show no sign of empathy to their clients and talk to you with a "you don't have to rent this place if you don't want to" attitude. The hall is absolutely beautiful, but their way of doing business completely overshadows the beauty of the place. It's a shame that they think it's okay to do business the way they do. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I had my wedding here. I didn't deal with them my wedding planner did. During dinner my bartender came up to me and said the owners of the facility wouldn't let him sell liquor. My heart dropped! I never found out why because he ended up sponsoring the liquor for us. I wish I would've known so I wasn't put in a weird situation. For the walk through, the next day. My wedding planner did it. She walked around with a rag and wiped down things they were trying to charge us for. (I love her!) We got our whole deposit back!!! Oh and BTW we used Hodels for catering and they provide linen. They don't say anything about stains because they come out. Unless it's burned or some kid writes on it with a pen or marker. I wouldn't use Tengos linen! I also wanted to rent wood chairs for my wedding. Tengo didn't allow me to because the floor might get scratched. read more

As soon as you drive up you know they took their time to design this venue to make brides dreams come true. Not only brides, but quinceañeras, sweet 16's and any corporate function. If you're in the market for a fairytale event, an event that will last in people's memories, this is the venue to book. I'm a local videographer/photographer and boy do I have 3 horror stories regarding this venue. Just like other reviewers have stated, they will try their best to keep your entire deposit by pointing out very minimal and questionable things, like dirty table cloths, scuffs on the dance floor, etc. I shot a wedding and a quinceanera here about a year ago and both clients were told to go online and write a positive review because doing so would help them get their deposit back. Another client stated that the owner/management are walking around the venue during the event looking for things to point out and write up. Hence, to keep your deposit. Horrible!!!! These money hungry slimeballs will swindle and smooth-talk their way into your wallets, emptying out every pretty penny you have. They are very accommodating prior to the event once you book with them, making it seem like nothing can go wrong! However, they did not follow our wedding reception layouts like we had wanted on the big day. Putting that aside, we tried to have a great time but where constantly being reminded of all the additional payments that could weigh over our head (skid marks on the floor, stains in the table clothes, broken glasses, etc.). Tiptoeing our way through the night, we had to deal with the owners watching over our every move. It was creepy and rude! They literally kicked us out when we were trying to clean up, counting down the minutes until we'd be charged an additional fee; just standing there watching us frantically clean up..."tick tock, tick tock..." They are stubborn owners full of themselves and their business. Save yourself and book a different hall. read more

Worst management EVER! Ive been trying to book this hall or my event for the last month because everything else in town is booked for that day. I went in to make an appt to view the place and get a quote, left my phone number with the lady in charge of all that because she said she was very busy at that time. I waited 2 weeks and she never called me back so I decided to call her myself! After viewing the place, I called her back with a customized package so she could give me a quote on that but she never called me back and I called her twice every time, she said she was busy and hadn't got the chance to get the quote for me! After all this, I am deciding to do my event OUT OF TOWN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT IT! read more

Wonderful and Beautiful! We celebrated our daughter's Quinceanera February 22, 2014 and it was so beautiful. The staff worked with us and was very helpful though the entire time of our planning. They were all very nice and respectful. We would do it again. The hall looked amazing and everything that we ordered and selected was perfect. Thank you very much for all the help and suggestions! My daughter, family and friends enjoyed the beautiful hall and garden for pictures and our daughter had a beautiful memorable and wonderful time.. Everything went very smooth and relaxed. read more

i attended a wedding reception here.they only positive was the food.the music was horrible they would only allow 1 drink per person they played judy garland and frank sinatra all night untill everyone started to go home.thats when they started playing justin timberlake and better music.the stupid part was it was only the staff dancing.oh and they made us wait an hour in the hot sun just too get in.they kept saying they were not ready.by far i feel sorry for this couple that spent all that money for a joke of a reception.i would rather not have a reception than go through that again dont do it read more

We had our 20 year class reunion here and we cannot begin to express how happy we were with how everything turned out. For starters Diane was extremely accommodating, helpful, understanding, and kind. Once you arrive, you walk through a beautiful garden and enter into the foyer lit up with extravagant hanging chandeliers. The venue speaks for itself; it's breathtaking! The spacious ballroom, raised ceiling and uplighting create the perfect ambiance. The service is impeccable and all of our expectations were exceeded (I can't remember how many people told us how this place was so perfect!). I highly recommend this venue!
