I was working next to this eatery shack for a week and I became curious about the food because every morning they would fire up the grill with a high speed electric blower and wood logs. The food smelled great so on my last day I decided to eat lunch there. I ordered their cheeseburger which came with a thin slice of ham. This seems to be a common hamburger setup in Monterrey. It was a terrific grilled burger accompanied by pickled jalapenos and carrots. The bill came out to about $4 USD which included the burger, peppers, and two Joya Manzana's.
