I only have my one phone and voicemail to keep track of - why lie and say you left me a voicemail when you didn't??? The only time they do call back is if I leave a voicemail on their answering machine asking for a status and I get a message back saying to call. I call and then get told that they left me a voicemail to follow up with their Citrus Heights office. Really??? No voicemail!!! Why lie!!! I am beyond pissed as the current note is now expired and the dr is on vacation for a couple weeks and we can't get into Shriners Hospital until January 16th. Her demeanor changed thereafter, and at one point when I brought my daughters in to be tested for strep (because regular cases of strep were part of our lives back then), she was rough with the testing and was rude to me. She told me at one point, "Well I wouldn't bring my child in for testing with those symptoms". Well, Dr. Jain, that is because you are a medical doctor and I am not. I switched soon after and never went back. Do not recommend, because you should not have to rate financially in her book to be treated with respect. Glad I finally got to leave this review.
