There was a bit of wait as they said they were short staffed, which we didn't mind at all. Dr.Nutting was rude and yelled at my husband at the start of visit for expressing his concern about our child's cough during a wellness visit. We were caught off guard by the rudeness! The nurse later said it's because he'd seen a rude patient before us but that doesn't justify this type of behavior. We have seen so many doctors in the past and never experienced such poor bedside manners. The visit and exam itself was fine but still in shock over his reaction. Definitely NOT coming back, never recommending anyone to come here.

When our insurance changed we elected to pay for a more expensive plan so we could continue with Dr. O'Malley. In our book he is truly the best! He still didn't think (after his 5 minute observation ) that anything was wrong with my son's development. In a nut shell, He gave me bad advice. My son was eventually diagnosed with Autism Sectrum Disorder through another doctor and struggles in so many ways. If Dr Dyer would of respected the fact that I know my son better than he does and maybe he should trust my gut feeling and send him for testing, my son would of received services much earlier. He is not a Pediatrician that keeps up with current medical findings regarding Autism. I know another mother of an Autistic boy who had a similar experience with Dr Dyer. Last month, my toddler broke his leg and Dr Dyer and his staff went the extra mile to get us into a specialist within an hour of my first call. They set the appointment, forwarded the xrays, everything was taken care of. I was a wreck seeing my baby hurt and they were so obliging and caring. His nurse even called once a week for a month just to check on us! We will continue to entrust our children's Healthcare to him and his staff.

Dr. Barrios and her entire staff are nothing short of amazing. Our son had Plyoric Stenosis and Dr. Barrios identified the condition and referred us to the best pediatric surgeon on the planet. The entire office remembers our son by name. They are all kind, professional and go above and beyond to make you comfortable, welcomed and confident that your child is in great hands. The office staff agreed to see our son when we didn't have his medical number, they handled everything graciously and made it obvious that their genuine priority was providing care for our child. No imaging... it was like a 5 minute office visit literally in and out. They're in-network and charged my insurance over $600 for it, yikes. We paid our copay in office. Then we got a bill for $200 in the mail? With absolutely zero explanation of what the charge was for. How much are they trying to make off this? We usually use MDSTAT in EDH and they've never sent us an extra bill. Anyway, I figured it was a mistake and waited for them to clear it up with insurance. They sent it straight to collections like 2 months later. When I tried to call their billing office, no answer, I left a voice mail and they never got back to me. I just paid it to get it over with but 100% will never go back here. I've never had a medical or dental office send a bill to collections, ever, let alone so fast without trying to clear it up with me first. And truly can't believe they charged that much for such a simple procedure. I still don't know what the $200 charge was for considering they're in network and we paid our copay. Oh well, we'll stick with MDSTAT.
