In the letter she stated that it was my fault because the documentation she sent me stated I had a Garden view room not ocean front with a balcony. Well I'm not in the travel business so one could assume a garden view room could be a room with a balcony looking over a garden to the sea. And she was paid to ensure things were correct. Oh well learn my lesson.
