I had very important questions regarding "the title", how much are the transfer amount and whose name is on the title. No one updates me or guided me through the processes, in fact, I have to transfer the big amount of money in the last minute and it was very stressful. Meanwhile, the downpayment is transferring, the escrow officer handed the house key to the Realtor and ask her to "in charge of this", in front of me. So the house key was a hostage for one and half day. It will be better off to reschedule instead of making an unnecessary/unpleasant high school scene. This is a half million deal, even if I buy a $5 hotdog I will be treated with more respect and integrity than this. Indeed, after the 2weeeks, I found they didn't put my name on the title without me and my husband's consent and shift the responsibility to the lender. I think that the whole thing is very unprofessional and handled inappropriately. Besides me myself as a realtor, I will never use this service again or recommend to others.
