Maria contacted me almost immediately and told me she could provide the services I was requesting. I paid $436 upfront, which I now regret doing. The very next day, I contacted her to cancel my request. She told me the work had already been completed, even though it was a process I understood would normally take at least a couple of days. When I asked her to email me the completed forms, she instead sent me a blank form--and it wasn't even the correct form for what I had requested. I then asked for a partial refund. She agreed to provide one, but I never received it. I'm sharing my experience so others can be cautious, ask exactly who they are dealing with and what services are being provided, and verify everything before paying upfront. The attorney introduced at the beginning was NOT the attorney assigned after payment. That switch alone is a major red flag. My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates.
