My first provider was Dr. Omar, who cared for me until her passing. I then continued my care with Kelly Vinson, they have always been wonderful--attentive, understanding, and professional. I've never felt like just a name on a chart with either of them. They truly listened and made sure that any treatment or medication was thoughtful and necessary. This level of care is the reason I've remained loyal to your practice for so long. Unfortunately, today's experience left me feeling deeply disappointed. I called to ask about a walk-in was told there were no walk-ins only appointments were available, but when I expressed that my reason for the visit was private, the tone of the conversation shifted. I was put on hold and then informed that there were no more appointments left. It felt dismissive and, frankly, like I was being penalized for not sharing personal medical details with the front desk. I've never had to explain my symptoms to a receptionist before booking an appointment, and I don't think patients should be required to do so--especially when the matter is private. I understand policies evolve, but this kind of interaction does not reflect the care and respect I've come to associate with your office. I'm concerned that the quality of service is changing, especially with Kelly going on leave, and it's disheartening. Please consider this as feedback from a long-term patient who truly values the exceptional care your providers have given over the years. Soon after i began medication that for me was life changing, helping me to realize how detrimental it was to navigate my symptoms without medication or therapy. Unfortunately as I turned 18, I aged out of State provided healthcare and lost all my coverage. I worked very hard and now at 21 finally have coverage through my employer. I was assigned Dr Clark's office by my providers due to proximity. I was so excited to finally begin treatment and feel "normal" again. Most unfortunately I was assigned Andy as my doctor at my new patient visit today. Despite my past success with medication, despite my diagnosis, and despite my staggering family history with this disorder, Andy decided that he did not believe my "attention" problem was attributed to me having this disorder. He said that my recent engagement and new job along with other big events in my life, could be factor enough to be "distracted". And threw me a referral to a psychiatrist. Had he referred me saying anything else i would not be as angry as I am currently. It truly shows the level of ignorant and unprofessional care you can expect from him. I am not the only one with this experience, and he has quite the reputation amongst my family friends for being a doctor who will sit through an entire visit and not listen to a single word you said. If you want an awkward, inattentive and odd individual to gaslight you, I strongly recommend seeing Andy!

Called before my appointment to check if they accept my insurance since I don't have deductible and I am 100% covered. Sent them a photo of my insurance card. They confirmed we are in-network. When I came to see the doctor he requested me to pay for the visit. When I asked why when we are in-network, he says that some patients have deductible and they don't want to pay after, so he wanted me to pay right away and when my insurance pay the claim he will refund my money. I said ok because there weren't any reason not to trust him. After 2 days he called me to tell me the results of bloodwork. I asked him what happened with insurance and he said they didn't cover anything. Called my insurance and they said he is not in my network! Called him again asking why they provided the wrong info. They sent me a paper which says we are in-network. I send that paper to my insurance and they called me and explained he just quoted the insurance never accepted them! And I already paid for visit that should be free! What a shame for one doctor! Trust a doctor? Sure! at least they should apologize- sorry for giving you the wrong info and you ended up paying for our mistake! When I talked to the doctor about this issue, he didn't care. He took the money and he is done with you! He should know that one doctor can't afford such a thing If he wants good reputation! So, DON'T TRUST THEM, check with your insurance first! They will tell you that you are in network just to get you in the office. AND DON'T PAY ANYTHING! PAY WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BILL. Repeating- DON'T PAY BEFORE HE CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE! His techniques with Botox, Restylane with Lidocaine and Juvederm with Lidocaine was a pain free experience. He also recommended using his preferred line called Skinbetter science. I use his Advanced Mineral Protection during the day and AlphaRet overnight cream before bed. After two months, my skin looks alive, healthy, shiny and all without any make up or concealer!!! I look 10-15 years younger. Dr Sobhy said I look like a different/youthful person and was so surprised by the results when he saw me today!!! That call lasted about 5 minutes and concluded with me having to tell the receptionist that I would try to call the office cause she didn't know what she was doing. Seemed like people that weren't willing to work for much, my guess was the company tried to save money by not hiring people with appointment setting abilities. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard, but I guess we all have our limitations. Anyway I set my appointment up for the same day. When I showed up to the medical center, they told me that my appointment was scheduled for the day after. I was livid, but the staff was nice so I was as polite as possible. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know that the call center did a less than desirable job. This is where it went down hill again. I wasn't going to come back the next day, but the manager kept insisting I do. She was not a pleasant lady, very condescending actually. The only point I tried to make was that the call center didn't do their job. She kept defending them, never apologized for her company wasting my time, and kept trying to schedule me for a physical. I was just a customer looking to be heard out, I ended up having to walk out after realizing that this person that is supposed to be representing her company didn't care for how I felt, furthermore dismissed my issue. So he's prepared, he's thorough, and he's cost-conscious. Yet another arrow in his quiver is that he's exceptionally friendly and accessible. He prefers to be called Mike, dresses casually, and takes all the time you need to field questions. Throw in a friendly receptionist and a spunky phlebotomist (More valuable than it may sound.) and you've got the makings of a wonderful office.
