Her room is always kept extremely organized and you can tell it is cleaned thoroughly between each appointment. If I ever want something done differently I have no problem asking her to do more/less during the massage and she is always compliant with whatever I may request. I enjoy easy, pleasant conversations with each massage. On the off chance I don't feel like chatting that day she always seems to read the room and let me be.
