Ryan conducted a computer assisted exam that helped pinpoint not only the point of pain I was there to treat, but other areas in my body where I was compensating and creating other imbalances. After the exam, he did the first adjustment and I felt so much better. We developed a plan of care together to help me understand the problem and the solutions and with a few more treatments I regained normal range of pain free movement. Both Ryan and Stacy were available to do adjustments at times that fit into my schedule. I was so happy with their care, and they made it clear that my input was important. I brought my 8 year old son in for issues he was having in his neck, and was so impressed with the patience and respect that Ryan showed to my son. My dad spent his last days in CHHH and passed away on June 12th. Dana, an aide, was exceptionally…read moregentle with him and took great care of him. She spoke to him sweetly as she shaved his face even though he wasn't conscious, and treated him with the respect he deserved. Pam sweetly put lotion on his dry face and arms. The nurses conversed with me the late nights I was there by my dad's bed. When Dana told me my dad had 1/2 an hour to an hour to go, my husband and I were able to be with him as he took his last breath, and I'll be forever grateful for that. While he was being seen by a Hospice nurse at the Canterbury, she made sure all his needs were being met, and went through great pains to get him a portable oxygen machine so he could still get out once in awhile. She was there always for any questions or concerns I had, and I never felt like what I was asking was stupid or an inconvenience. My uncle and many dear friends have passed away while at CHHH, and I'm forever grateful to the staff for the care they gave all of them.

He gets home and collapses because his defibrillator went off twice and hit the closet and hurt his hands they go back to St. John's after being there from 1:00 PM to midnight they then put him in ICU which they might be taking care of the problem after being an ICU however, if you ask a question as to why it wasn't addressed the earlier before and them,nurses and supervisors think like it's no big issue if you address time of his last visit he was in ICU and asked for them to move that person around so they don't get bed sores obviously it wasn't enough to express your concern now they tell me I can't address it. It's none of my business even though it's a family member furthermore, the nurse in the ER was so rude To the wife and if you ask that question, they don't want to address it you ask for admin person to talk to them to get answers instead if you take a name, if you take a name they bring the security and a supervisor, instead of a admin person...I did mention you all gonna get yourselves fired, which is not a threat they bring up security to escort you out and you still haven't got to talk too a admin person to answer you questions...private hospital is not a trauma they don't have the capability of resolving the issueThey are rude and they don't care they bring their security that you're out of control and making threats which never happened. This hospital is very poor and second time that a family member has been in there so the powers that be in this hospital facility sucks not everybody is nice or compassionate at all. They told me not to call the hospital or talk to admin or anyone else for that matter so what is being hidden in that hospital but yet I see all these great experiences from other visits I'm disgusted and even though I'm not a PA , or his wife I'm just a sibling and I can't ask questions with my bother there in the room and the supervisor talks over you I got up and walked out and furthermore, you have to ask the nurse three times to leave so you can have some time with your sibling and she is her department and she can be there if she wants to. They should be shut down and there's got to be more people that are being treated horribly as a family member.

I was told I would get a call back later that day. 1/2 hour before they close, with no call back I call to check status. The very rude pharmacist tells me that there's no way they'd make a mistake. When I asked if he could count what he has and see if his inventory count was right, he told me he has 100's of pills and that's impossible, the best he could do is count them in front of me in the future. I said I will no longer fill anything there and HE HUNG UP ON ME. The worst customer service! It's too bad because they are local. Don't go there unless you want to supply the pharmacists habit with your script.

Wendy is usually at the front to greet you and help you sign in. Tanya's door is open to chat about your payment plans and insurance info. Val always has a smile as she takes you back to your room to lay on the table and relax with or without heat on your back prior to your adjustment with either Bobbie or Courtney. During your adjustment, both Bobbie and Courtney take their time with each patient and listen to you when you say a certain area is still "off" after they adjust you. They don't say "oh, you're fine" and send you on your way. They will both have you get back on the table and work your body until they're able to get the area loosened to the best of their abilities. I always have them adjust my knees, ankles (old soccer injuries), wrists, and fingers every time I go in. Not just my back and neck. I 100% recommend you go to them!
