I think that the waiting room cycled 3 times before I'd had enough. At 10:40 I finally went to the check-in desk and told the lady that I wasn't going to wait any longer and to cancel my appointment. She asked for my and birthdate and started looking for me in the computer. After not finding me she asked who checked me in. I told her that she had. She went back to looking for me, no apology or attempt to get me in right away. I will not go back.

My husband and myself have never been in his office and felt like he didn't want to see us or had to rush out because his life is so busy. As for the quality of work he does... it is phenomenal! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to see my husband with straight legs and feeling 20 years younger. Had he not gone in and gotten those knees of his replaced when he did, he would have been in a wheelchair within the next few years. I can't even remember anymore, how bad both his legs were from his arthritis. To give a shout out to my husband, he took his part of taking care of his new knee replacements very seriously. Within 9 days of both surgeries he was back to work. I think he thinks he's Superman. He is a great testimony to the work Dr.O'Shea does...if the patient steps up and follows through by doing their part after the surgery. Then there is Lisa, his fabulous assistant. Another great person with a wonderful polite bedside manner. My husband and I are as comfortable seeing her as we are seeing Dr. O'Shea for injection's and post op procedures. What a team the two of them must make doing surgery. Sometime in the future, I too am going to need new knees. Excellent knee surgeon. I had a Full ACL replacement with cadaver tissue plus lateral and medial…read moremeniscus injuries. Left with barely any scars and a super detailed PT plan. My physical therapists told me he's one of the most detailed with specific milestones. He is thorough and extremely professional. 8 months into my rehab I suffered a car accident (unrelated to my knee) which resulted in a herniated disc on the opposite side. Dr. Lamprecht referred me to his orthopedic spine surgeon Emily Nguyen who was also amazing. I was averse to surgery unless absolutely necessary and a pretty anxious patient, and Dr. Lamprecht exceeded my expectations and is a true healer.
