It is important to note that the University staff is very responsive, the atmosphere on campus is very friendly and sincere. In addition to the educational process, students are offered various activities. For example, tours to great and successful companies which is a good opportunity to see the process of working a business from the inside or going to museums. The University also offers activities such as outdoor games, running or hiking in the mountains and the ocean. San Diego is full of places to spend time. The University also has clubs. All these events bring students together and provide an excellent opportunity to make friends and share the experience and culture of their country. There is also a department at the University "Career Service" where students can get assistance in compiling resumes and job searches. Periodically, the University organizes various workshops for students on various topics. During my studying, I have never regretted choosing this particular university. It gives a fairly strong knowledge, the learning process makes you think outside the box. My program is MBA and I highly recommend Southern States University and this program!

The well-rested and fleet-footed among gourmet connoisseurs will note that those who indulge in high-risk-high-reward endeavors may opt for the far more distant expedition to satiate their surely-starving-upon-arrival stomachs with a Tapioca Express. Because this stride of some thirty steps past Burger King involves crossing the Aegean, be sure to pick up some mobile ketchup while in Greece. The lavatories were masoned on a terrace hierarchy system. Somewhere along the summit of this facility that reaches unknown heights into the heavens lies a fabled untouched, mint, first edition restroom, although this is purely based on educated speculations. An architectural anomaly, the center stands as something of a Mecca among architects, and in its honor, the university has erected its many buildings of engineering around its span, perhaps to virtually deconstruct and reproduce its shape. The Jacobs School of Engineering stands to its north, but in all its vertical girth and modern glory, it does not even cast a shadow upon this polar pantheon. In more recent times, the Jacobs School of Engineering has had to rather embarrassingly admit its fault in being located where there is a known issue of housical meteors, despite repeated warnings by the architects who erected this CMRR building, a cathedral in celebration our local deity, Quantum, god of measurements. The structural engineering fellows have done well to heed the warnings of their ancestors by constructing their home base on the other side.

Another staff member came to the 2nd window and asked if she could help me. She gave me a form to fill out. Turns out, I did not need official transcripts ($15). The staff member showed me how to access my unofficial transcripts online for free! Her customer service was excellent. I left feeling great! I highly recommend coming here or using the Parchment App if you need your college transcripts. Parchment doesn't charge for unofficial transcripts, up to 2.

I would give their events a much higher rating. I have had a great time at the staff picnic the past two years and the UCSD Idol competition is a great, fun idea. However, more important than the events, they offer staff scholarships to their members. The events coupled with the scholarships, I'd give them 5 stars easy, but my recent experience with them forces me to give them 2. I joined the UCSD Staff Association as a requirement to apply for a scholarship. The scholarship form clearly states: "The application deadline is Wednesday, June 27, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted." I called them the day before the deadline to see if I could drop off my application in person, instead of relying on campus mail. I was told the deadline had already passed - a month ago! I faxed my application, along with all required documents, and the documentation with the 06/27 deadline to them, and was told "Sorry, we cannot make any exceptions to the deadline. Somehow you found an older application online with the old deadline." Apparently, they recently changed the person who heads the scholarship program, and the form I was using was put out there by the old program officer. BUT I found the application on THEIR website! They should have taken it down, or made sure they changed the date on everything. I found two forms with the 06/27 deadline, and not one with the updated deadline! Regardless of the deadline, they SHOULD HAVE accepted my application, since it was their oversight. This scholarship is only offered once a year, and instead of making an exception, they said "You can always apply next year."

Before Covid I was attending classes and OH MY they went beyond my expectations I was and am so impressed. The teachers and staff in this campus truly care about their students and they're so helpful. They have the best programs and they help you so much. I began my journey with ATC on April 4th, 2016. I admit I was skeptical at first and like most, had…read moreno solid view of where was I going in the near future. After the first 2 weeks I was amazed. The staff at ATC is not how others describe: their people just like anyone else: they are caring while they have their own problems, their supportive even if they are tired. They like to have fun and have no problem sharing/recommending a good hangout spot and their experience. Yet, they retain a great level of professionalism...they back up all their certifications and years of knowledge and experience. I had the privilege to have Mr. Jerry help me with my enrollment, specially since I'm a veteran. The processing was smooth and my questions and concerns were covered clearly. The staff at the financial aid department, a very loving and caring group of very talented and dedicated women to the success of every student, took care of all inquiries in a diligent and prompt manner. The student services team, Mz. Alma Carranza and Mz. Raean Olivares, tirelessly work around the clock submitting resumes and matching job positions for every student, while keeping updates with each and everyone of them on a regular basis. Mr. G, a fiber optics, cabling and baseball fan, will teach you and over teach you! Veteran Sonar Tech, now instructor, has the diligence and high standard that "if the student is not getting the necessary info, then he has failed the student" kind of guy. Laid back yet focused on every subject. Mr. Finally, quiet, with the right comments for the appropriate scenario. He doesn't "beat around the bush", he tells you how it is and makes sure you get it right. Fan of a good carne asada/steak burrito lol! Mr. Q, by far a guru of computers and network in the most fun of environments. He has reviewed many technologies and can nearly pinpoint the ups and downs of things. Works very well with everyone and will have you knowing every blinking light on the network! Mz. G, very talented and sweet. Has the calmness of a monk yet dedication is far from flawed. These are just a few of the educating staff I had the privilege to learn from. ATC, although small, has a decent resource center that you can access anytime! Even after you graduate! The books for the current class your in are yours to keep as your "to go" reference along with the support from the instructors. The college floor is neat and very clean. A break room for students is available with vending machines for your everyday pick me up. Classes are very accommodating for anyone's life style. AM classes to PM and there is even a small evening/after-hours class. The class environment is what you make out of it, everyone is there: from your daily average guy, to the ones that are looking for another chance in life. ATC welcomes them all for all deserve a chance. I'm an ATC graduate, Nov 8th, 2016 and I am certified as an IT technician and a certified fiber optics technician by the FOA( yes, the do provide certification for various fields, just ask) during my time, I did receive a stipend for transportation. Plus, awards for attending and scores on test. There is more than meets the eye than the reviews from others. Take it from me: try for yourself,but stick to the end!
