If he thought it was too much work and too big a job, all he had to do was originally deny the job. Instead, we were led on to believe he was going to complete it for us and 2 days later, left incredibly upset by his lack of completion. The original timeline given for our project was 2 days. That 2 days turned into 4 days, which we were okay with due to circumstances regarding COVID. Those 4 days then turned into a 'few weeks' scenario which was ultimately unacceptable. Even after he tried 'cutting corners' on our job by not wanting to complete every item on the original list of needs, we agreed to his way and it ultimately led to him cancelling the job. As previously stated, he will NEVER touch another piece of my plumbing or electrical nor receive a recommendation from us. We are highly disappointed in him after we hired him based on a good review from my husband's family.

The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house. So a few weeks later he finally started and worked on and off a few days. After several times of hunting him down to get people to our site we fired them. He then called me for payment and threatened me with a lawsuit. I told him to stay out of my building but the next day the contractor caught him collecting up material to put in his truck (that he did not return). I ended up paying him a ransom to leave us alone. What we found from their work was a stove with wrong size wire and breaker, conduit run through the 116 year old brick wall that had to be replaced, three (3) drills through different drain lines, assorted miswired outlets and switches, use of the cheap light boxes and switches, and the best was his two workers were driving a truck that was not registered and neither of them had drivers licenses. So unless you want a miserable time avoid this company and the owner at all cost.

Jason and his crew coordinated well with the City of Oak Ridge. They worked expeditiously to complete the installation in one day so that my 96 year old father would have power back by the end of the day. They returned the next day to label the panel box and to move the ground wire to a permanent spot. I was super impressed that they fully concealed the ground wire in the carport. All their work is extremely neat and professional. They travel with an 8 ft. ladder and made my dad so happy when they replaced a light bulb in the cathedral ceiling that had burned out. Such kindness. Everyone I've dealt with at Diversified has been a pleasure to work with. I'll have them back to check out a problematic hall light fixture soon.
