I called countless times, texted, etc with no reply from this plumber. Yet, when my husband called or texted his response was nearly immediate. That shows me this man thinks nothing more than that a woman is inferior to a man, which is an incredibly poor business quality and chauvinistic. When he came to refund the rest of my material deposit after cancelling the job he agreed to, he would not even make eye contact with myself (a female), rather he chose to direct all conversation to my husband. This was highly unappreciated as an educated woman, or a woman period for that matter. This plumber will not receive a pleasant review from me to ANYONE. I am not happy with the way he conducts business nor the fact that he is not a man of his word to finish a job he agreed to. If he thought it was too much work and too big a job, all he had to do was originally deny the job. Instead, we were led on to believe he was going to complete it for us and 2 days later, left incredibly upset by his lack of completion. The original timeline given for our project was 2 days. That 2 days turned into 4 days, which we were okay with due to circumstances regarding COVID. Those 4 days then turned into a 'few weeks' scenario which was ultimately unacceptable. Even after he tried 'cutting corners' on our job by not wanting to complete every item on the original list of needs, we agreed to his way and it ultimately led to him cancelling the job. As previously stated, he will NEVER touch another piece of my plumbing or electrical nor receive a recommendation from us. We are highly disappointed in him after we hired him based on a good review from my husband's family.

Shaun did the estimate and helped to get everything set up. Even getting the state inspector to come by on an off day for the area. Randall, Matthew and Jody did the bulk of the work with Dustin coming in and doing some finish up work. It was a large job but I finally got the correct outlet for the dryer, all electrical up to code and had everything completed in a day, even the labeling of the panel. I was in distress over a situation with a new washer/dryer installation that required a licensed electrician within a short timeframe. (Jason is also insured.) I found him by all his 5-star reviews on the internet. Jason was professional, helpful and kind. He listened to my need, asked for photos to help him identify the issue prior to arrival, and came first thing the next morning with his son Caleb (who is being trained and is a great sidekick helping his dad). Jason quickly identified the problem that required replacing a grounding wire for the new digital dryer technology and to ensure safety. He said he would also install a new breaker and place the new outlet in a more convenient spot for installation of the new W/D set. He made arrangements to come back the following morning with the needed supplies. It is an older, solid-built home. It wasn't an easy fix and required patience and persistence especially to get the line through small and thick materials within confined spaces. They worked tirelessly to complete the job without complaint and were kind and provided explanation throughout the process. Jason also looked at my dishwasher to determine that there was no power and found the problem to be at the junction at the floor. He corrected that, but the dishwasher is older and is not working correctly and is being replaced. He deemed it was a problem with the dishwasher and not an electrical issue. I am extremely satisfied with Jason and his son Caleb, the knowledge they brought, their attention to detail, the tenacity to complete the work professionally in a timely manner, and their kindness and reassurance to me. The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house.
