After providing all requested documentation, weeks passed with no progress updates and she became extremely difficult to reach. Months went by without a response. When I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company due to the lack of service, she suddenly reconnected with me and explained that she had lost her laptop, assuring me she would complete my return right away. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and paid again after the dispute was reversed. Unfortunately, the same pattern repeated. She stopped responding to messages, did not complete the work she was paid for, and has once again become unreachable. My tax return remains unfinished. I have since spoken with multiple other clients who described very similar experiences -- long delays, lack of communication, and returns left incomplete. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

We own a vacation home in East Nash and first became aware of Pearl Cleaning, LLC from our old…read moreproperty management company. We were consistently getting 5-star reviews, all of them mentioning how clean the house was when the guests arrived. When I decided to break up with our old property management company, I did not want to lose this cleaning crew during the break up. So, I decided to security camera stalk them, and I am sure glad that I did! Like I said, they do a fantastic job cleaning. That shouldn't be too surprising since they own a cleaning business. But they go above and beyond and stage things just a little bit better than other folks do. They fold the toilet paper ends into little triangles, they lay the blankets over the beds in an inviting way, and they just make sure that everything looks better than expected. As far as communication goes, I couldn't love them more! During the cleaning, if anything needs to be addressed, like broken or missing items, they send photos and descriptions immediately. They also send recap photos after they are done cleaning. We have a really good relationship! For example, if we are low on toilet paper while they are there, I will have some sent within the hour to the doorstep and they will distribute accordingly. We have a hot tub and they also do regular maintenance and deep cleaning services on it (for an additional fee). I love having this business taking care of our property! If we needed anything random done, they can help out instead of us having to search for a repair person, etc. So far, I have asked them to do some pretty unique things for us, and they have always done it, very graciously, too. When a cleaning is complete, they send the invoice to our email by the end of the day. I love that instead of waiting for days or weeks to receive it like I have from other companies in the past. I am able to make my payments electronically. I consider what they charge for the size and condition of our property (sometimes very messy and partied in) to be very reasonable, especially considering how much they go above and beyond. If they ever moved out of town, I would be devastated! Please give them a try, especially if you are new to managing a vacation rental, looking to try a new cleaner, or considering having your own home cleaned for the first time.

There is nothing good to say about TDS they take your money and lie about services, weekly outages…read moreand constant delays in service. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of and when you do they don't listen to you and try to get you to upgrade. Stay away from TDS nothing but issues.

20+ years of rock solid internet service. I would have told you they were great just a few months…read moreago. But, made a trivial small change to our account and it was like the dam burst. Horrible hold times, total failure to deliver the change, never got anyone to correct the bill. I spent over 30min on hold 4 separate times, giving up. My wife just spent over an hour on hold, no one answered. Sent emails. No response. Tried multiple avenues, all failed. They are overcharging us now by 30/month. Terrible, terrible customer service. Avoid if you can.
