I have lived in my home for going on 6 years. The house was brand new when I moved in and within…read morethe first year we noticed some damage to the ceiling. Since houses in the development were still being built and we had a one year warranty, I contacted the builder and he made it seem like this was no big deal. 5 years later I got in touch with the owner of the company who developed our neighborhood and he said it was absolutely unacceptable and the builder should have had it fixed. Not shocking that builder is no longer employed by this company. Long story short, we got our ceiling fixed for free by their drywall guy from Drywall Perfection Corp. Martial contacted me and was at my house within a few days. He was knowledgable, personable, and even fixed some other spots on the wall that had nothing to do with the ceiling. He was pretty much in and out and once the ceiling was painted it was blended so well you can't even notice the part of the ceiling that was repaired. We are considering having some painting done in our house and will definitely call Martial for his services when the time comes.
