So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. Originally the insurance company claimed that only half of the roof needed to be replaced, but Chris identified and explained why the damage had been more severe than originally thought. That kind of attention to detail and consultative service is what drew me to work with Millstream and Chris in the first place. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

I had also requested a redo of the curb, based on the fact, I had already been working in the yard along the driveway and was not completely finished. I was not satisfied with the curb alignment with the grass when I had come to the point of finishing my work along the driveway. H Restoration came back and took out the curb and replaced it!
