If you're considering a piercing, this is the place to go. I went in a couple times for a daith change and to get a longer post on a piercing. (My previous piercer left the industry.) I finally had my first piercing there. They were having a promo so Nicole could learn how to do a spiral piercing. The moment you walk in you notice what an amazing selection they have. Then how friendly and welcoming they are. At the counter, Kyrie (not sure of the spelling) was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me pick out jewelry. Exceptional place overall. They're kind, explain everything, answer all questions, and are more than fabulous during piercing. They make the entire experience as painless as humanly possible. The environment is so clean you could eat off the floor, and they go to great lengths to keep everything they use sterilized. They even do a free follow-up appointment to check your piercings and put new backs on your jewelry if needed. The collection of jewelry is comprehensive and just beautiful. i got my snug done by the owner- they and all the other employees there were phenomenal from start to finish! the piercing was quick, easy, no pressure and judgement free, i felt very safe and heard. it's 2 weeks later and my snug is giving me issues (100% not their fault, it's classic of snug piercings) and i made a checkup appointment. i missed it. i felt so guilty and scared to call but immediately was greeted on the phone with warmth and understanding. the owner explained everything and got me back on the schedule the same day. absolutely top tier customer service. many people will avoid professional piercing places like this because of the cost, but for me the initial experience made it more than worth it, let alone the complimentary follow up and then insanely good customer support. 10/10. read more

After doing research, a gun piercing was off the table for my child and I began the search for a reputable piecer. Specifically came to Elegance because they will pierce a six year old the right way. Hooks did a wonderful job of making my daughter feel comfortable and in control while also encouraging her through the process. In addition I got a triple forward helix. The process was smooth and couldn't have gone better. The entire place was extremely clean, their sanitation, sterilization and safety practices were evident at every step. All staff were focused on creating a welcoming and helpful environment. I have never been to a piercing/tattoo studio and will probably not have occasion to again, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My 16 y/o daughter wanted a second ear piercing so I brought her here and had an amazing experience. The studio was immaculate and inviting, the staff was super friendly, and Jay was completely professional and personable. He was clearly concerned with making sure we didn't feel rushed and with giving us the proper education about what to expect and how to care for the piercing afterwards. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Elegance! I have been wanting to add to my ear, but didn't have any concrete ideas. Jay was super welcoming and friendly, letting me take my time to peruse their array of jewelry and making thoughtful suggestions. I didn't feel rushed and appreciated Jay giving advice about what would look good, as well as be easy to actually live with. Jay and the other staff members made the experience fun and relaxed as I selected jewelry and was pierced. Based on my jewelry selection, Jay had suggestions on placement and supplemental jewelry and piercings. I felt that I was getting something unique, but not pressured to get everything all at once (even though I did!). A month after piercings at Elegance piercing & tattoo- I selected Elegance piercing and tattoo for three re-piercings because they had 5/5 stars on google & I'm glad I did! I was greeted by their piercer, Oz who was very patient explaining the paperwork thoroughly. They helped me select jewelry and explained the different metals and prices on everything. Jay, the owner, was the one to pierce me. His piercing shop is the cleanest one I've ever seen. My body rejected in the same place prior to seeking out Elegance and a month later the new one is healed with out the issues like I've had with other piercing studios. Jay was thorough in explaining after care for all three piercings and I even got a goodie bag at the end. My boyfriend and I will be going back for all of our piercings in the future! read more

this studio is outstanding, the cleanliness, to the jewelry collection, and the knowledge of the sales people. My family drives all the way from NorthHampton ma to buy jewelry, to get pierced,(jay only) and for jewelry changes and check ups. My daughter had her nose ring changed at a place in Northampton in the ring they put in her nose was too small so she developed a bump and had a little tear in her nose. Jay was more than willing to help us fix this problem. I was having discomfort in my ear(my own fault for not listening to Jay) and he was kind enough to fit us into his schedule to fix my ear. We are longtime customers of Jay and we cannot say enough good about him, his piercing practices and his personality. oz is also wonderful there, they always have a wonderful greeting for us. They are also knowledgeable about jewelry as well. If you're looking for a place to get tattooed or pierced, I can't recommend enough to go to elegance. Always a pleasure. And could not be more grateful for the things I have done for us.
