My piercer was named Robyn and she was super personable, and made sure that I was relaxed. Immediately it was apparent how professional she was at piercing and took her time with sterilizing all the parts. A week later I reentered and had to get my bar extended to account for healing. The owner squeezed me in immediately and I was also able to talk to the owner who helped me out. She was also super kind & friendly I could tell she was super passionate about opening this piercing facility & wanted only the best for her staff & customers.

I had to take them out for an MRI and can't get them back in because I have paralysis in my thumbs and arthritis in my hands. I called to see if they could exchange them for the type I wanted because I can't use these and he got very defensive. He kept telling me he has a client with 4 fingers and only one hand so my disability shouldn't be a problem. If he can overcome his then surely I should overcome mine, he insisted. I felt like I was talking to a child. There was no apology for the miscommunication, no offer to try to reorder them or take them back or even issue some kind of credit. He just kept blaming me, saying I should have asked when I came in wearing butterflies and having no idea these others existed. The bottom line: They don't take an ounce of responsibility for anything and are incredibly rude to someone who spent hundreds of dollars on something she can't use. Telling me I am wrong about my disability and insisting I can pay them to teach me to do it was the icing on the cake. You don't tell a disabled person that their disability isn't real and they can do something they can't if they really wanted to. I would rather pierce my own ear with a rusty nail than set foot in this scam of a place again.

When I gave a review with feedback on the service I was told that I was hostile and rude. My friend came with me and even she is surprised by the response this business gave me. Even though I was scammed out of $50 and talked down to by the staff, I still remained calm and kind. It's a good place to go to if you want your day ruined.
