Had a wonderful first-time visit to get my unruly brows tamed. Been eyeing this place out for quite some time but finally got around to it. Booked an appointment with Linda and she was awesome. She explained the process and decided to go get my brows threaded, tinted and laminated. The entire process takes a little over an hour. Came in pretty early so I was the only one at the shop. She put on some music to ensure I was relaxed. I told her I wanted a natural look and didn't want it to be overly dark and she got it done right. First time getting my eyebrows threaded by Linda. She was very sweet and did a great job.

Hate to leave bad review but this needs to be said. I went here a few time. She always changes me 15. When I came in today, she was half way done then she says it's thick today I have to charge you 25. Which doesn't make sense, they advertise 15 for eye brows, not 15 for short hair and 25 for long. There's only one price for all eye brows. Also maybe tell the customer you plan to charge more before you get started so they can decide if they are ok with the up charge. They do a decent job it's just the way they charge people extra after the fact they got started already. Sorry jut I will not be coming back. read more

I have been coming here since January. I come once a month or every 2-3 weeks depending on how busy I am. She is closed on Sundays which is my day off. Every time she harasses me about coming sooner. I try my best but I work 2 jobs and I tell her that every time. This time she said my eyebrows are so thick it makes her sick and if I wait 3 weeks again she won't do them. She even said "I mean do you really work 6 days a week?" Like what? I'm done. Last time I was there I coughed once cuz I drank some water down the wrong pipe and she put a mask on me. Just a mean lady. She does an ok job but i'm done being bullied. She also raised the price 3 times this year which I would be totally fine with if she didn't HARASS ME every time I went. I went with a friend to get his eyebrows done and I've gone with him before and nothing like this has ever happened. He got charged double when usually he never does. There was no transparency between both parties. The owner (linda) always charged him regular but decided to double it for what she claims were cause of his thick eyebrows, which mind you she never uses to say that, so I decided to give this place a 1 star. read more

I went in with outgrown brows and left with thin lines, spaces and a corner missing. Zero stars if it was an option. I never draw in brows only need to shade in but not this time. I also scabbed around my right brow and had bumps around both brows. Not my first time threading so very disappointed. She told me tweezing makes my brows thin and don't do it. She's the kindest genuine lady I've ever had touch my eyebrows. She always recommends products that will help and truly cares about her work. The women who runs this shop is really good at her job. However, like others have mentioned she's not the nicest. She's comes off as rude.She pressures you to come in every other week and pretty much criticizes you if you don't and makes stuff up that's wrong with your brows so you come back!
