Hate to leave bad review but this needs to be said. I went here a few time. She always changes me 15. When I came in today, she was half way done then she says it's thick today I have to charge you 25. Which doesn't make sense, they advertise 15 for eye brows, not 15 for short hair and 25 for long. There's only one price for all eye brows. Also maybe tell the customer you plan to charge more before you get started so they can decide if they are ok with the up charge. They do a decent job it's just the way they charge people extra after the fact they got started already. Sorry jut I will not be coming back. read more

I have been coming here since January. I come once a month or every 2-3 weeks depending on how busy I am. She is closed on Sundays which is my day off. Every time she harasses me about coming sooner. I try my best but I work 2 jobs and I tell her that every time. This time she said my eyebrows are so thick it makes her sick and if I wait 3 weeks again she won't do them. She even said "I mean do you really work 6 days a week?" Like what? I'm done. Last time I was there I coughed once cuz I drank some water down the wrong pipe and she put a mask on me. Just a mean lady. She does an ok job but i'm done being bullied. She also raised the price 3 times this year which I would be totally fine with if she didn't HARASS ME every time I went. If you can't handle eyebrows, don't do them! read more

My experience here was extremely welcoming despite coming in and assuming they accepted walk ins... I felt so bad!! I let them know I could come back at a better time but I was not turned away despite the fact. I went in for brow threading and was super happy with the results and service. She really took her time and made sure I was happy with the shape. I tend to tear up when I've gone to other places just due to some sensitively I have by my eye but No Tears Here! very gentle technique! 100% recommend! I went with a friend to get his eyebrows done and I've gone with him before and nothing like this has ever happened. He got charged double when usually he never does. There was no transparency between both parties. The owner (linda) always charged him regular but decided to double it for what she claims were cause of his thick eyebrows, which mind you she never uses to say that, so I decided to give this place a 1 star. read more

Linda is ALL business. Masks required. For the best since you're so close. Minus one star bec she didn't ask any preferences for my brows. Pricing was great, she's all business. I was being threaded within 30 seconds of walking into the store. I can appreciate the swift service. She's definitely more gentle than my previous gal I had to fire. I came here because of seeing all the great reviews on yelp! I have never had my brows threaded before, only waxed (years ago) and I usually pluck on my own. I've heard great things about threading so I thought I would give it a try. Linda did great! She gave them a great shape and kept the thickness of my brows. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would too. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I loveeee this spot! I live in lemon grove and used to drive all the way to Hillcrest to get my eyebrows threaded. No matter how long I invested into growing them out they never seemed to satisfy me until I came to this spot. My eyebrow lady I belivev her name is Linda. She's the kindest genuine lady I've ever had touch my eyebrows. She always recommends products that will help and truly cares about her work. After going to her once and finding her on yelp, I never went back to my old spot. If you tell her you want a clean up she'll clean it up. If you tell her you want her to shape them she'll shape them. She'll always give you the best quality. I've been meaning to post this for a while now but I'm finally getting around to it. 10/10 recommend this place. Parking is a little rough but it's worth the wait. Also, this place is always so clean! read more

I'm so happy I ended up coming here because Linda did a BOMB job taming these beasts of eyebrows. She was very nice, sweet, funny & very informative showing how experience she was. Which made me more comfortable having a complete stranger handling my prize possessions. If this review isn't enough, see my pic I posted with the perfect job she did on my brows. I put very little powder to fill in the little spots I have that needed a fill in but that shape is all her. Thank you Linda! See you in a couple weeks! read more

I went in with outgrown brows and left with thin lines, spaces and a corner missing. Zero stars if it was an option. I never draw in brows only need to shade in but not this time. I also scabbed around my right brow and had bumps around both brows. Not my first time threading so very disappointed. She told me tweezing makes my brows thin and don't do it. I get threading and at the end everyone I've ever gone to follows up with light tweezing. She told me come back in 3 weeks and I will see that they will grow in thicker smh.. no thank you. Super embarrassed walking around like this. It has been one week:( read more

I live in North County, but I was in the area and my brows were a mess. So, I stopped by on a whim. What an awesome find! She was able to see me right away. She was so gentle - I barely felt anything. And she had me in and out in a snap. My brows look 1000x better. I will absolutely be back. read more

The women who runs this shop is really good at her job. However, like others have mentioned she's not the nicest. She's comes off as rude.She pressures you to come in every other week and pretty much criticizes you if you don't and makes stuff up that's wrong with your brows so you come back! Listen not all of us have money to be getting our eyebrows done every other week! It's a shame cause she does a good job but I rather go to a place that won't make fun of me every time I can't go every other week. Will not be returning and will not recommend. read more

I didn't win the raffle but the winner wanted a wax, nothing more. Reina's couldn't do this so she offered the certificate to me as she knew I really wanted microblading done. The winner told me the business had verbally approved the transfer-- as they should seeing as it was hers to do with what she pleased after winning! Moving forward..... so I buy this GC... I'm stoked! Next day I contacted Reinas to book, told them I was the one who purchased raffle ticket from winner.... Etc. Lady told me this was being offered by artist Nazzii. I requested her insta.. all checked out... and that very same day she had a cancellation! I was then told to shoot her a text of my brows before the appointment. I then text the photos to Nazzii and immediately she said she doesn't work on brows done by previous artists. Kind of weird since it's a SEMI PERMANENT tattoo that calls for touch ups every 2-4 years (depending on skin type, sun exposure, etc etc.). And In my case, it'd been over three years... ANYWAYS....that was pretty much it. No mention of corrective options, removal, or starting fresh. Just statement that she doesn't work over other artists TATTOO* (ahem-- I don't have tattooed eyebrows!) followed by a message stating that "Microblading is a natural individual hair stroke on natural brows". .....yes this is correct.... And your point is.....???? Pshh Her alternative offer: one brow tint. One brow tint. For a $600 certificate. Ya know... if terms and conditions were disclosed prior to the raffle....All would be fine. And come on ---The original winner couldn't even swap it for a basic brow wax (which is fine they only thread)..... but the fact I couldn't use it for the service it was issued for... no no no. And the business's solution was a single tint service worth maybe $20. In conclusion........Before booking, I'd suggest reading the review directly before mine on this page -- it appears to describe a very different policy about working over previous brow work. Make of that what you will. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

I had to change my review, sadly. After almost, if not over, a year of going to this place, I'm never going again. Despite the fact that the staff is very talented, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone go to this place. Linda makes really uncomfortable, passive-aggressive comments if you don't go back to re-do your brows as often as she tells you to. I usually just grin and bear it and laugh it off, but this last time was the last straw. I'm a mom-to-be who works 3 jobs, 2 of which are in LA, so I don't have much spare time to waste of trivial things like eyebrow threading. This last time I went I was made to feel so shitty because I hadn't gone back in about a month, and the entire time Linda was threading my eyebrows she was groaning, dropping her hands on my face like she was just overcome with exhaustion at having the "arduous" task of doing someone's eyebrows, and making remarks like "this is a haircut, not eyebrow threading!" No one should be made to feel humiliated for putting their family first instead of their vanity and not threading their fucking eyebrows often enough. As I left, she told me "come back in two weeks. This wasn't funny". Like I purposefully decided to grow a forest on my face just to spite her. Save your money and go somewhere with actually friendly and talented staff. read more

I have been going to Linda since before COVID. She has transformed my once over-plucked, uneven, sad brows to a fuller, even-level set of beauties! Who knew that plucking can destroy follicles?!? Now Linda has expanded her salon and provides full-service hair, esthetician, and spa services. She has added several hair stations/booths and has a separate spa room for when privacy is desired or required. I have very sensitive skin (I'm a pale redhead) and she carries products that work for me! (I believe she mentioned she was possibly looking to rent some salon booths to other stylists). I have been going to Linda for about 10 years now, out of all of those years I have received an over amount of hospitality, kindness, and overall great customer service. The care and time she puts into her business is shown through her work, not once has she ever messed up my eyebrows or services unlike other establishments.
